We had a lovely stay there, would go there again. Superb food, pub/rustic atmosphere but tastefully modernised and very clean. Very efficient and friendly staff with can-do attitude. Good sized carpark. Lovely overhead shower.

I was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was, given that it was a pub. I was expecting a lot of noise in a pub on a Saturday night, but it didn't happen. The bar doesn't play music or TV and the customers weren't very loud (though the rooms do overlook the beer garden, so you can hear some talking if you open the windows). Room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were super-friendly, helpful, and polite. It's in a convenient location, not too far from the main roads and the coast. Probably the best room in a pub I've ever had, and definitely on my list of 'places to stay when I go birding in Norfolk' from now on!

Lovely Room. Lovely decor and very comfortable. Great room for my elderly mum with no stairs. Complete access to room at the back. Room had little outdoor space with table & chairs. Lovely to sit with a drink on a sunny day. Parking at back of property too which was good.Great that the property allows Dogs. A big plus for us owning a dog although we didn't take our dog this time. Had a lovely continental breakfast bag. We loved it!! We had 2 tubs containing granola , 2 muffins , 2 bananas , 2 luxury yogurts , 2 bottles of orange juice , a jug of fresh milk and 2 bottles of water. The muffins were so fresh and to die for. Delicious!! Also a lovely touch was 2 chocolate brownies left for us. Some toffees in a jar , lovely fresh ground coffee & coffee pods , twinings Teabags & hot chocolate. What more could you want. Would defiantly stay again and would thoroughly recommend. Also included with the continental breakfast was a 10 % voucher for a sister property 10 minutes down the road (Thornham Deli) where if you required a cooked brekkie you could visit. We actually went there beforehand for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed it. Lunch was amazing too. Lovely fresh delicious food. Thankyou

A warm welcome on arrival, a lovely beautifully decorated room and a Gin and Tonic in our room on arrival in the room. I am gluten intolerant and the Gin Trap went out of its way to leave me a lovely cake in the room and a fabulous GF breakfast in the morning.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
The room was more than we had ever expected. Very comfortable, modern, boutique room. Every guests needs were anticipated , even down to a chilled filtered water in a jug in the refrigerators an a very not day, plus great aid conditioning.
Food was very good ,staff were very friendly and attentive.

Was concerned at noisy bed but it was comfortable, bedding clean and crisp. Good pillows. Good flow to shower. Towels fluffy. Extra touches (shortbread biscuits) appreciated . Nice toiletries.

Really friendly and accommodating hosts! Linden B&B had a homely feel that instantly made you feel at ease and comfortable. It was a great location for our friend's wedding a walk down the road, for which they even provided umbrella's and pre-warned us to have our torches due to limited street lighting. The breakfast was superb, cooked to perfection and they ensured we were well fed, the perfect amount.
The property is situated in a nice quiet place. The house is modern, very clean offering all facilities needed, extra large bed, very comfortable, clean sheets, towels etc The owners are very nice people, very friendly willing to help with whatever needed.
