The only good thing that I can say about the hostal is the location.

Accommodation in an apartment - you get the indications for check-in via message, pretty smooth process.
Shared bathroom.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Clean and comfortable. Functional and efficient use of a smallish space. Cheap private parking. Some pleasant bars and cafes in surrounding housing. Good value for an overnight stop.
The staff was really helpful and nice. The Hotel is not a luxury but for what you pay you are well served. Although it is cheap it does not have a cheap look, it doesn't neglect the basics and you are very well treated.
Easy check-in on the machine at front. Note, only takes cards.
In a great location. Was close to the tram stop Angulema which was handy for bus station, short trip 1.5 euros. Also short walk from train station. Walkable to historic centre or couple of stops on tram.
Opposite quite good bar.
Very quiet room with modern, efficient air con.
Plenty hot water and powerful shower.
Felt safe and secure.
Modern and clearly recently refurbished property in a great location, only 15 min walk from main bus station (with regular efficient bus to/from the airport €3 each way - book on line) and then only 10 mins walk into old city, bars, restaurants and shops. Quiet location, lovely contemporary furniture and style with all amenities ( iron delivered promptly when asked) Efficient on line entry system with on line app) Reasonable price made for a fabulous apartment base for our 3 x night stay in Vitoria-Gasteiz.
The hotel was quirky and the room was very clean and comfortable. There was a very cute enclosed balcony. Our room faced onto a pedestrian street in the city centre but it was very quiet at night.
Great location. Lots of nightlife in that street. Convenient to see old city. Huge room, it was quiet, view to inner courtyard.
Some people complained about mattresses. Well, this is a hostel, not 5-star hotel. Matresses were simple student-style but ok for me as a 63-year old guy. But maybe younger people are more sensitive.
Great location, quiet but close to the center, super clean and comfortable, nice staff, amazing views from the rooftop with a small pool. perfetc to enjoy the city for a few days!
The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. It was quiet and convenient. The location was excellent. We caught the bus into the city centre; cheap and quick. Across the road was a huge beautiful park where we went bird watching; spoonbills, storks, egrets to name a few. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.
