Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly, and they even provided a detailed tour of the apartment, explaining how the appliances worked and where to find essential items. Throughout my stay, they were available whenever we needed assistance, responding quickly to any requests or concerns. Whether it was a minor issue with the Wi-Fi or a question about the neighborhood, they handled everything professionally and efficiently. It’s rare to find such attentive and responsive service in a rental situation, and it made stay feel effortless and enjoyable. The personal touch and genuine care really set this experience apart. The hosts were incredibly helpful accommodating, I was traveling with my 4-month-old puppy, and they were incredibly kind to him and I. The property has a lot of room to move around, and the inside of the house is very clean.

We were looking for a quiet spot to enjoy the week as we explored Arusha and Moshi and this was the perfect place! The cottage is even more beautiful in person. There are two double beds (one in the loft and the other on the ground floor) although the lower bed can be removed in lieu of a couch if needed. The hosts are really hospitable and always happy to get some feedback. The kitchen is self-contained with a fridge, gas cooker, microwave and kettle, with enough pots and utensils for 2 - 4 people. I ended up cooking most of my meals due to the convenience. The TV is large and can cast from your computer so that was perfect for movies in the evening. The upstairs loft area facing the pool and the outdoor patio at the entrance are great for reading and relaxing. The pool is definitely the biggest draw. I'll miss spending my afternoons in it as I listen to some tunes. There is another rental house on the compound that other guests can stay at who will also have access to the pool. The whole compound is perfect if you're looking for accommodation for a large group that could fit in both the house and the cottage. The cottage is in the corner of the property so it feels very private. We basically felt like we were alone for most of the time. I will definitely be back.
