Whether it was a minor issue with the Wi-Fi or a question about the neighborhood, they handled everything professionally and efficiently. When I first booked it, I didn't expect the place to be this beautiful. Upon check-in, the manager, Mr Japhet, was welcoming, and the hospitality was on another level. Also, during my stay there was a powercut, and the solar panels worked so well. Honestly, the calmness I felt here, I wanted to extend my stay. I will definitely book again. Thank you, Maasai House team. You gave me a relaxing stay in my hectic life.

Tinitara town house asub Arushas. The owner and her staff were superkind, they were keen on providing us with the best care and customer experience. The owner was ready to prepare breakfast and dinner upon on special request. We loved the garden where we could have eat the nicely prepared and served meals. Good location close to a local market and a KFC.
