The house itself exceeded our expectations; it looks even better in person. We enjoyed a comfortable stay and a restful night's sleep. To top it off, Angela and her team prepared a well-balanced breakfast for us, served at our requested time. Angela also went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience in Arusha. Her team was always available to assist with our queries, providing valuable insights on places to visit. When I first booked it, I didn't expect the place to be this beautiful. Upon check-in, the manager, Mr Japhet, was welcoming, and the hospitality was on another level. Also, during my stay there was a powercut, and the solar panels worked so well. Honestly, the calmness I felt here, I wanted to extend my stay. I will definitely book again. Thank you, Maasai House team. You gave me a relaxing stay in my hectic life.

This is the only place we’d stay when in Arusha. Eric at reception is absolutely the best. The accommodations are very excellent, extremely clean and modern. The beds are really comfortable and the showers are great. There’s a balcony that overlooks Mount Meru. There is someone available 24 hours and it is very secure. We even had transportation arranged for us to eat at local restaurants and to get to our next accommodations. Westword Residences is brand new and a respite to the busy city of Arusha. We stayed here in preparation for our five day safari to the Serengeti. For some, this place may be better than home! Come here if you want a wonderful, restful, and highly comfortable place to stay in Arusha!

It’s an a wonderful house with three bedrooms ,two modern stylish bathrooms.everything is spotlessly clean.little kitchen unit .a terrace with a nice view delicious breakfast.we didn’t want to leave.the hosts do everything possible to make their guests feel at home.
