Nothing they were very rude and they closed the electricity also not clear about payment method. There was make up stain on the pillow and crumbs on the couch.

The best host I've ever met providing everything I may need and always willing to help assuring a comfortable stay. We had some issues with the water heater and the host not only got a new one right away but also gave us a great discount for the incovenience. The house is very big with 2 bedrooms and a spacious kitchen with a welcome set of snacks and fruits and it gives off the feeling of living in an authentic Saudi home. Location is on a hill very close to the second ring road, so it's easy to reach every location despite the distance from the city center and sleeping here avoids the heat making it more comfortable. Restaurants, fastfoods and groceries shops are all at walking distance and the host provides every information you may need about the surroundings. If I'll come back to Madinah, I will definitely choose this homestay again. Best value for money of my trip.

A cleaner was available 24 x7 to attend to any menial job. location is very quite and relaxing. Bathroom was neat and tidy. Hot water available internet available. You need a car to reach masjid nabawi which was about 10 minutes away. Basic cooking facilities was available. But you will need extra crockeries if you have a large family

My two-night stay at Friday Suites in Al-Ula was fantastic, largely thanks to the exceptional hospitality of our host, Abofasil. He went out of his way to ensure our comfort, even taking us to local restaurants and guiding us through the wonders of Al-Ula. Abofasil's kindness and dedication made our stay truly memorable.
