The property is situated in a residential area close to shopping amenities and a 5 minute drive to Haram. We had slight difficulty finding the accommodation as it wasn’t marked. The hotel is behind La Cordia Hotel and within walking distance to Manar mall. The rooms were very spacious and immaculately clean. Staff would go above and beyond to help out. Ismail paid for our taxi to miqat in Masjid Sharajarah. We initially booked for 1 night but extended our stay for further 3 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

The staff are very helpful and kind, they accommodated my very late check in as I had a late flight and they meet you with amazing greeting and smile. Al masjid alnabawy is around 10 min by Uber if not a little less. So that wasn't bad at all for me.

The owner was so nice to us and always there to help us with everything we need, the place was clean and felt like home, the location a bit far but we were happy because it allowed to us to see the city, otherwise i give a big plus to the owener for her kindness, thank you again for everything.

A cleaner was available 24 x7 to attend to any menial job. location is very quite and relaxing. Bathroom was neat and tidy. Hot water available internet available. You need a car to reach masjid nabawi which was about 10 minutes away. Basic cooking facilities was available. But you will need extra crockeries if you have a large family

The host was very hospitable and helpful, offering travel advice, a car booking service and coffee etc. When I needed to take a long-haul bus in the night, he even dropped me off nearby en route to his own appointment.
