Everything was above and beyond. It was very clean and spacious.staff was very kind and helpful. My family really enjoyed their stay.

The property is situated in a residential area close to shopping amenities and a 5 minute drive to Haram. We had slight difficulty finding the accommodation as it wasn’t marked. The hotel is behind La Cordia Hotel and within walking distance to Manar mall. The rooms were very spacious and immaculately clean. Staff would go above and beyond to help out. Ismail paid for our taxi to miqat in Masjid Sharajarah. We initially booked for 1 night but extended our stay for further 3 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

The owner was so nice to us and always there to help us with everything we need, the place was clean and felt like home, the location a bit far but we were happy because it allowed to us to see the city, otherwise i give a big plus to the owener for her kindness, thank you again for everything.

The building was brandnew, everything was clean, we had everything we needed within the apartment, it was spacious and the receptionists were brilliant, so was the owner. He was able to accomodate us last min to stay an extra night, the staff on site were super kind, always helpful and worked with a big smile. Thank you to everyone, i would 100% reccomend to family and friends visiting madina!!

Absolutely wonderful stay. Very neat and clean The care taker was personally involved in cleanliness, Beds were very comfortable Supermarket was at a walking distance... A cleaner was available 24 x7 to attend to any menial job. location is very quite and relaxing. Bathroom was neat and tidy. Hot water available internet available. You need a car to reach masjid nabawi which was about 10 minutes away. Basic cooking facilities was available. But you will need extra crockeries if you have a large family
