The apartment was fantastic. Spacious, clean, and wellequipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Claudio and Paulo provided phenomenal attention to detail, and we extended our stay to experience another one of their properties, which was also great.

The apartment on the ground floor (Coral) is a bit more spacious, and on the 1st floor (Pearl) has a glass balcony to observe the ocean to the maximum! I liked both of them. Everything looks exactly as on the photos. Super nice stay and sincere recommendations! P.S. many thanks to the manager for responsiveness and caring!

A perfect stay for our family when in Ponta Delgada. Very clean and comfortable, this private apartment is situated right in the city center, next to some highly recommended restaurants and cafés. Apart from being comfortable, super clean, with everything that you need inside, we gladly learned that it is quiet too. The owner was more than friendly, always there to help if needed.
