Right in the middle of town, accessable to everything. Heap's of room, great flow, comfortable. Never met staff, so can't comment. But instructions were easy to follow. Diffinitly will stay again.

Such an awesome property and great attention to every detail. Air conditioners even had extra air filtration units attached! The interiors were very well appointed and even had real Nespresso capsules! Hokitika was also a super cute town - totally worth a visit!

Suzanne, our host was superb and even provided a selection of refreshments and milk for our arrival. The property is very close to the beach and a superb restaurant which we would highly recommend. Had a wonderful stay, and would highly recommend. We will stay again, next time we visit the South Island.

Comfy pillows and bed. wonderful view over a natural forested yard. Places to sit outside and enjoy the views. A really perfect place to stay.
