Great location. The flat is the usual fixer-upper with Ikea furniture and appliances.
Communication with the host was very friendly and he provided all the necessary information very quickly. The apartment is well equipped and clean. Perfect for couples and families too. The apartment is outside the city center, but since Ludza is a small town, everything is within walking distance. Must be ready to climb to the 5th floor! There is no elevator. We took it as evening and morning training ;)

Clean, spacious studio,close to everything you need(shops,restaurants,bus or train stations,clinics and etc)fast wifi, hot water(just need to turn on boiler if its off)bright lights,easy access to the apartment.
Nice flat, a good alternative to a hotel room. There was everything we needed for a short 2 night stay. Balcony was a bonus for us as one of us smokes. The location is very central but the area around was nice and quiet both night and day time. There's also a really nice view of the Daugavpils University square from the kitchen window. There's a small cafe in the yard of the apartment block where you can get a nice cup of coffee or a homemade style dish.
Host met us at the property to hand the keys over. Apartment is very clean and spacey. Perfect location not far from the town centre. Grocery store is just round the corner. Free parking available right next to the flat. Overall highly recommend this place for short or longer stays. Will definitely be staying again when in the area. Host is very polite and was always available if something was needed. All facilities available.
