A cozy apartment with an individual city view from the "fifth floor". A restrained loft-type interior for artistic inspiration in the oldest city of Latvia. Studio monitors, a space perfectly suited for music creation. Two balconies. On the first floor, the shop of the local bakery and the most delicious pizzeria in Ludza are located in the district.
