Very close to the local famous kid's park by car. We wish we had stayed there longer to have more time exploring locally. The bed was comfortable too.

We also rented bikes and cycled around the area through beautiful rice paddies. The house is bright, very well equipped with fully equipped kitchen. The owner Sun made sure we had everything we needed and even offered us a ride to the train station on our last day.

The neighborhood is cozy and quiet, and I enjoyed walking around. The host was very friendly and accomodating. I'll 100% stay again if I'm in the area.

Easy walk from the train station, shopping district, affordable restaurants, and a coin laundromat with powerful dryers. Built in a 2-story loft style, was very spacious, with more than enough room for 4 adult travelers + luggage. The free WiFi was excellent. The full kitchen--with fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot pot, rice cooker, coffee maker, pots, dishes, & scissors--made it easy for us to prepare meals, snacks, & hot drinks. The traditional shower/bath combo, modern toilet, and washing machine made our 5-day stay feasible. We had to learn how and remember to turn on the hot water each time before using the tub/shower. When it rained, we were able to use umbrellas stored in the foyer. The fluffy futons made sleeping in the tatami rooms extra cozy!
