I left a backpack behind when checking out, and I got a very helpful and quick reply. I was provided options for next day delivery, and I would like to thank the hotel for the outstanding customer service.

Beds are comfortable and AC unit with good lighting across the room. Shower and toilet are clean and spacious enough. Washing clothes is convenient as the room has a clothes drying setting in the shower.
