I left a backpack behind when checking out, and I got a very helpful and quick reply. I was provided options for next day delivery, and I would like to thank the hotel for the outstanding customer service.

Easy to access from the airport, although I would suggest to transfer in Tengachaya for Ebisucho which is closer to the hotel. Room is spacious enough for 4 people. Beds are comfortable and AC unit with good lighting across the room. Shower and toilet are clean and spacious enough. Washing clothes is convenient as the room has a clothes drying setting in the shower.
