The room had great facilities, including a washing machine. A 24/7 public dryer was available within 2 minutes walk. Communication was very good, with quick replies. I left a backpack behind when checking out, and I got a very helpful and quick reply. I was provided options for next day delivery, and I would like to thank the hotel for the outstanding customer service.

Easy to access from the airport, although I would suggest to transfer in Tengachaya for Ebisucho which is closer to the hotel. Room is spacious enough for 4 people. Beds are comfortable and AC unit with good lighting across the room. Shower and toilet are clean and spacious enough. Washing clothes is convenient as the room has a clothes drying setting in the shower.

Osaka kesklinnas paiknev majutusasutus Nakanoshima Park, STAY, DawCenterist 800 m ja Nakanoshimast vähem kui 1 km kaugusel. Helpful and friendly staff, spacious room, super clean, close to the subway. They really thought of everything from washing machines to nightlights. The most thoughtful aspect was their instructions on how to operate everything in the room, and it even included pictures. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to all.
