Lovely home in quiet neighbourhood close to attractions. The home was extremely clean and tidy and very large. We were just a couple staying but it would be great for a family. Minimart supermarket just around the corner but it is very close to Takayama old town. So perfectly located. We felt privileged staying here.

The house was small but had everything we needed, including a kitchen and two bedrooms (one with a single bed and the other with two beds). It was surrounded by cute little gardens and locals, making it a good spot for a small family or group of friends.

The comfort of a Japanese home away from home. All facilities made our stay easy. We loved cooking dinner and enjoyed a very relaxed two days in Takayama. Convenient to have a separate bath/shower area and washing machine+dryer. Three bedroom was perfect for our family of five. The location of the house is very convenient as well, just a few minutes away from the temple, old streets and market. Also close to supermarkets. We will definitely book this place again to explore the region a bit more.
