Location is close to the station, about 10-15min walk to the centre. Bed was absolutely superb, very clean, modern, beautiful shared area, free tea and yoghurt, great stuff and little touches and treats for the guests.

The rooms were luxurious, amenities superb and the breakfast was awesome. Martin's Residence was easy to find and Yulia greeted us warmly as soon as we arrived. Yulia even made sure to have our rooms ready before normal check-in time since our train brought us to Ravenna an hour early

A private entrance leads guests into the apartment, where they can enjoy some chocolates or cookies. The accommodation is non-smoking. The property has everything that you need: it is very clean, good design, proximity to the center and still quiet in the night. The host is very discreet and hospitable. We did not have breakfast included, but we received from the host o lovely pie, that children loved it and all other stuff for breakfast, like coffee, milk, butter, jam, little cakes and so on. The town is a little Venice, very romantic! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

At the apartment complex, units include bed linen and towels. The owner, Matteo, waited for our taxi to arrive to greet us! I travel with a scooter, & on seeing that we would have difficulty getting over 2 separate steps, he brought 2 ramps on the same day to overcome that - amazingly thoughtful! The whole apartment was spotless, with all amenities that one could desire, & was comfortable & tastefully decorated. The location was at the very heart of central Bologna, with a great supermarket 50 m away! Would love to return here!

Everything is new and good quality. Also it is very clean and has all facilities, including table chair for baby and seat toillet for small children. We had a great stay and would definitily stay here again when we return to Bologna. The owner was also very nice and helpful. We really reccomand this place! It is 10 minutes walk to Bologna central station and 20 minutes walk to historical center.
