The property was great all around! it was very spacious and clean. The staff was speedy with responses when needed. I was traveling with my family and another, 4 adults and two toddlers. They provided us with two high chairs and the space was cozy for all of us. It was great location, away from the busy city center, but close enough to walk and enjoy!

Offering free Wi-Fi and views of Parma's Cathedral, Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati is located in the pedestrian area of town, in the medieval square next to the Baptistery. It was so nice. Very comfortable. Great location. The staff was so helpful and very responsive. Everyone at the location was so nice. Great area. My Mom is 95 very easy for her to maneuver. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Close to everything. Very walkable.

Had every necessary utilities, great location close to city centre and train station . Host was very kind and responding quickly. I even forgot my AirPods and the host was kind enough to send them to me by post without even wanting refund for the delivery cost. Lovely and honest people. I definitely recommend and will book again when travelling there .

Very clean, comfortable beds. Roberto is very kind and responsive. He prepared great breakfast food waiting for us when we checked to the apartment. Yogurt, oatmeal kasha, orange juice, sweets, even beer! All was very good! Roberto’s mom found my friend’s lost earring and Roberto offered us to send it to our next destination! We really appreciate it!

The hotel looked brand new, with furniture and appliances. We were only there for 1 night but were very satisfied with its location and price! The bed was amazing, the shower so big, and the gated parking area was very reasonable! The staff could barely speak English, although they were very welcoming!
