Capo Perla Apartmens are absolutely amazing, very spacious, cosy, and the view form there is a dream. The kitchen had everything you can wish for including a coffee mashine, there was a washing mashine for use as well. Also our dogs were welcomed and the parking possibilty was spacious even for a huge car. The check in and check out was easy and flexible, communication great. We felt very welcomed :)

Absolutely amazing gem of a place to stay on the island of Elba. The greatest thing about this place is the location. When you first arrive, you may be a little confused, because you have to drive through a small street in the heart of Marina Di Campo, where it seems to be only pedestrian, but after you pass this, you drive up a remote dirt road to a private hill top, where you have access to a private beach, but you are still 5 minutes from the center of town for all your needs (markets, restaurants, shopping, clubs, bars, etc). Be also advised that to go to and from the beach, you have to walk down/up a steep hill.

Belvedere Residenza Mediterranea features an amazing furnished garden with pool and panoramic views of the sea. It is located in north Portoferraio, on the Elba Island. Excellent accommodation. Tommaso is very helpful. Highly recommend!

The balcony is really the main attraction of the apartment. There is a lovely view into the port and you can comfortably sit out there and just watch the happenings on the water or below you as there are lots of people walking by. The bedroom was large and the bed was comfortable. There was ample space to store clothes or luggage. The kitchen is adequate if you plan to do simple cooking.
