Great location, amazing view, peaceful and quiet, very nice hosts and a very welcoming nice dog, a beautiful apartment that made you feel home from the first moment. Very clean, perfectly equipped, even enjoyed cooking in the very well equipped kitchen. We had a holiday 12/10 at Aria di Collina.

It's a short 10 minute walk to cafes and a really spectacular beach and a 30 minute walk to the heart of Portoferraio. Plenty of parking if you have a car. The hosts are very communicative and welcoming, and the flats are very comfortable.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Lido I Palmizi is a recently renovated apartment set in Capoliveri, a few steps from Lido Beach. Silvia did everything to make our stay as perfect as possible. We received information up front via Booking, got a discount for the ferry. She also reached out to us on Whatsapp and stood in contact during our stay, she sent us recommendations where to go, what to see.

Set within 500 metres of Straccoligno Beach and 1.1 km of Ferrato Beach in Capoliveri, Casa Anna - Capo Perla Apartments features accommodation with seating area. Capo Perla Apartmens are absolutely amazing, very spacious, cosy, and the view form there is a dream. The kitchen had everything you can wish for including a coffee mashine, there was a washing mashine for use as well. Also our dogs were welcomed and the parking possibilty was spacious even for a huge car. The check in and check out was easy and flexible, communication great. We felt very welcomed :)

Situated in Portoferraio and only 1.9 km from Lido Beach, Bed & Bike Casa dei Papi features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The hosts are super nice, there is a nice garden and a lot of space for bikes. Marco gave us great advice about the island and biking routes. Also, the apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need.

Offering free private parking, Residenza Mini Hotel - RTA e Appartamenti Vacanza is 1 km from the beach in Lacona, on Elba Island. The centre of Capoliveri is a 15-minute drive away. Great location with wonderful view. The hotel has a private parking near the Lacona beach, and this is a great plus even in the evening, as free local parking is scarce. Staff is very friendly and nice. The hotel provides a list of very good restaurants that give a discount to the hotel’s patrons.

Stor leilighet med hageutsikt og et deilig bad med stor dusj. Vi har allerede booket til neste år og betalt ekstra for en leilighet med bassengutsikt. Det har vært en flott ferieuke. Nydelig svømmebasseng område for voksne og barn. Rolig og avslappet atmosfære, mange palmer og middelhavsplanter utenfor: helt nydelig. Hotellet var ganske fullt ettersom det var juli, men det trodde vi ikke det var det. Leilighten vår var romslig og vakker. Vi kunne stille inn air condition selv eller slå det av, det fungerte ypperlig. Takk til Francesco og resten av beteninga for god service under oppholdet.

Absolutely amazing gem of a place to stay on the island of Elba. The greatest thing about this place is the location. When you first arrive, you may be a little confused, because you have to drive through a small street in the heart of Marina Di Campo, where it seems to be only pedestrian, but after you pass this, you drive up a remote dirt road to a private hill top, where you have access to a private beach, but you are still 5 minutes from the center of town for all your needs (markets, restaurants, shopping, clubs, bars, etc). Be also advised that to go to and from the beach, you have to walk down/up a steep hill.

Set on the edge of the nature park, Gavila's Residenza has a hilltop location overlooking the mountains and coast. It offers free parking and is less than 5 minutes' drive from Porto Azzurro centre. Friendly hosts. Fantastic seaview. Silence.
