Since staying here we have talked of little else other than how enjoyable this stay was and about when we can come back. Lovingly restored historic buildings, that have been sympathetically decorated to make them feel both rustic and luxurious. The entire apartment was kept at a perfect temperature so we were comfortable throughout. We brought food with us to eat on the terrace with the most amazing view, and found every kitchen utensil needed. Even the plates and bowls were in keeping with the style of the accommodation. The apartment came with a smart speaker and a TV with Netflix for guests to use which was so cleverly formatted for each group of guests (English adults, English kids, German kids etc). The view is breathtaking, and while we sat outside we witnessed a large group of wild boars moving down the hill right next to the terrace which was like being on safari. The house is located within the nature reserve so for nature lovers (like us) this was ideal. Our 7yo son fell in love with Nero the cat and Rosa the little corgi which made the experience even more magical for him. The properties are run by the loveliest couple, who were happy to give us some information on the area and tell us some funny anecdotes of their experiences in Elba. They even tried to help us to find accommodation for the following nights as this property was sadly fully booked.

Podere Il Ritorno se encuentra en Portoferraio, a 17 min a pie de Playa de La Padulella y a 4,5 km de Villa San Martino, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, jardín con terraza y vistas al jardín. The hosts were very nice and helpful. The house was clean, large and equipped with all the necessary things. The area outside the house was green and quiet. There was an olive orchard just behind the house we stayed in, where we could walk for fresh air. The 1st beach was 8-10 minutes of walking from the accomodation, and so was a big supermarket.

Silvia did everything to make our stay as perfect as possible. We received information up front via Booking, got a discount for the ferry. She also reached out to us on Whatsapp and stood in contact during our stay, she sent us recommendations where to go, what to see.

Casa Anna - Capo Perla Apartments se encuentra en Capoliveri, a 5 min a pie de Spiaggia di Straccoligno y a 1,1 km de Spiaggia di Ferrato, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado,... We enjoyed the stay so much, we extended the stay with two days even though we had something else booked. The location provides a beautiful view over the Naregno Beach and bay. You can walk down to Naregno beach in a very relaxed 10-15 minute walk, which we did most of the days to meet the Stefano Sub boat at the pier for diving. That beach was also great for the kids. The host was very helpful and responsive. The nearby town of Capoliveri was lovely and everyone was just so friendly. We loved it.

El Residenza Mini Hotel - RTA e Appartamenti Vacanza ofrece aparcamiento privado gratuito y se encuentra a 1 km de la playa de Lacona, en la isla de Elba. Great location with wonderful view. The hotel has a private parking near the Lacona beach, and this is a great plus even in the evening, as free local parking is scarce. Staff is very friendly and nice. The hotel provides a list of very good restaurants that give a discount to the hotel’s patrons.

El Agriturismo Galenzana ofrece alojamiento independiente a 5 minutos en coche del centro de Campo nell'Elba. Stunning location and so gloriously private, we were able to enjoy our stay without hearing or seeing other guests when we were in our cottage.
