I don't know where to start with this review so i will try to mention everything, i just want to say first that it has been the best place i stay in Egypt in every aspect. 1. The communication before, during and after the stay was amazing, the host was very helpful and kind, always willing to make the most comfortable experience for us. Also his English skills are perfect! 2. The tours and services provided are 10/10, he have excellent prices and tips to explore both banks of Luxor! We did west bank in one day and east bank + Hot Air Balloon the next day. For the tours the transfer is in his car with AC and he is always waiting you when you are ready to move to the next stop and making all the stops you need for snacks, ATM or lunch. 3. He has an amazing team that can pick you up when you arrive and also take you for free every time you want to go to restaurants or super markets near by! 4. About the amenities, the breakfast is amazing and you can just let him now when you want to have it, the apartments are fully AC, super clean and with good bathrooms, also you can use the laundry and hang you clothes to dry. 5. The surroundings and views from the location are stunning and perfect to immerse in the real Luxor and enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises. 6. Also his restaurant is opening soon and im sure it will be the best in Luxor! But meanwhile he has amazing recommendations for eating. Thank you for everything Ali! At the first glance when I was reaching the property it was very interior but I am so thankful that I booked this property. The rooms are huge, spacious, ventilated and very very clean. Most importantly the feel. It's super peaceful and it feels like home. Everyday we felt like coming back home. Plus the food is 5 stars. Local food at its best. We always over- ate. Plus the people are so so nice and kind. In Cairo we got many bad experiences of people annoying you for money. Here there was no stress and people were nice and very kind. Mahmoud was a very chill and amazing guy. Who is very cool with everything. Helping at every step. I want to come back to Luxor again only to stay in this place. Thank you so much for hosting us. And keep this amazing relaxing vibe alive.

They are keen to look after your needs. They can arrange drivers, etc. The facility is new and of high quality. We had a bedroom with king bed, large closet and balcony. There is a large living room/kitchen and a bathroom with a great hot shower. The pool and gardens are beautiful. There are two large tables where you can have their excellent breakfast. They will also order in suppers from the very good Wolf restaurant next door.Go out the entrance door, turn left and walk for ten minutes to the second grocery store you see . They have great fresh baked bread. Not much further along you reach the Nile and can take a boat across.

The facilities are very clean, the apartments are the same than the pictures and Mahmoud is the perfect host! He is extremely helpful and responsive, he made sure everything was good with us from second 0 until the end of our stay. Also the food they cook is very fresh and tasty, we ordered breakfast every morning at the Palace, good thing about their service also is that you can tell them at what time you're gonna need to have your meal. Thank you Mahmoud for everything!

The place is very comfortable and in a good location for both east and west banks. The owner Mohamed is amazing, he arranged everything for us. I would recommend it 100%.
