A perfect home base from which to explore the city, and a restful spot for work travelers! Sergio went above and beyond in his communication, and I felt very looked after. Will look forward to staying here again on future trips to BXL!

The location is terrific - next to Place Jourdan and Park Leopold. My two kids could use a playground directly across the street and a bigger one with a sandbox at Park Leopold. There are public transport options nearby and it takes about 30 min to walk to the tourist center. The apartment is new and comfortable with space to spread out in and not feel cramped.

All appliances available. The host was very nice and helpful. She allowed us to check in 5 hours earlier than scheduled.

This is the cleanest property I've recently been to!! Furniture is a bit outdated but it has a lot of storage, kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything you need (no washing machine though). It has a balcony overseeing the city and station (but there is no noise whatsoever) where we took our meals and relaxed. A lot of security doors at the entrance. Wifi works pretty well too. The host was super in reaching out, providing information and tips. Train station is across the road, so super easy to reach and move around and to go to city center.

We had a great time in Agnes's apartment - it's situated in a quiet and pretty area, two metro stations and supermarkets nearby, super clean, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, WI-FI.
