Apartment - Place Jourdan & EU institutions is set in the Etterbeek district of Brussels, 1.1 km from Berlaymont, 2.2 km from Magritte Museum and 2.3 km from Place Royale. The location is terrific - next to Place Jourdan and Park Leopold. My two kids could use a playground directly across the street and a bigger one with a sandbox at Park Leopold. There are public transport options nearby and it takes about 30 min to walk to the tourist center. The apartment is new and comfortable with space to spread out in and not feel cramped.

Furniture is a bit outdated but it has a lot of storage, kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything you need (no washing machine though). It has a balcony overseeing the city and station (but there is no noise whatsoever) where we took our meals and relaxed. A lot of security doors at the entrance. Wifi works pretty well too. The host was super in reaching out, providing information and tips. Train station is across the road, so super easy to reach and move around and to go to city center.

Panda Stella, a property with a bar, is located in Zaventem, 11 km from European Parliament, 11 km from Brussels Central Station, as well as 11 km from Royal Gallery of Saint Hubert. It was close to the airport which was what we needed for an early flight
