Furthermore, the layout of the apartment was great, as the bedrooms were on the side of the internal backyard, rather than by the tram line so it was quiet and comfortable

Also Karim the host is honestly one of the nicest people I ever met. So welcoming. He helped us with everything we needed and provided lots of recommendations for our stay. Also everything was really comfortable. It also has a great kitchen with all the tools you need for cooking.
