Laucin is a superb Host, went out of his way to meet our requests. Power outages were challenging, but provided the best service possible. Large rooms,. comfortable living room, good sized Kitchen and Fridge very cold. Nice open patio and secure location. Pool was a relief from the day. Dive Shop referral was perfect, and the.shop provided transportation. Comfortable beds and Netting against Mosquitoes. Beautiful Garden setting. Transportation to/from Stone Town provided (fee).

It is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. There is a lot of space inside and outside with tables and beds to make yourself comfortable everywhere. The pool has a good size and depth but the weather was strange and it was too cold for us to use it. The service was great, good breakfast, cleaning everyday, good products in the bathroom, as good as any hotel. Great value!

Heaven on earth, the most wonderful place to emerse in another world. Friendly owner, always ready to accommodate the wishes of the guests. The apartment was very clean, with lots of art and nice sea objects. The furnishings are also of high quality, once in a lifetime experience! The apartment has the most picturesque big terrace that is shadowed by palms and has the beautiful wide views of the turquoise waters of the favorite Indian Ocean. I warmly recommend this apartment if someone wants to experience a unique close meeting with the ocean. Pwani Mchangani (the fisher village where the apartment is located) offers the best and cleanest beach on the whole island of Zanzibar. There are nice restaurants along the coast in walking distance from the apartment offering tasty sea dishes. Thank you Nakupenda Malaika for the unforgettable best time of my life in Zanzibar ❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful property that we didn’t want to leave. It is spacious and well thought out, with plenty of places to lounge beachfront. Breakfast was delicious and served on the porch every morning and the staff were very friendly. The manager was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect property for peace and relaxation- highly recommend.

Swimming pool, hanging beds next to it, inflatable toys, great food (compared to local standards) and fantastic and friendly staff. The large rooms were modern with European standard and equipped with AC. No issues with Wi-Fi. Out of 4 places we stayed in Zanzibar this one was so far the best.
Nice place to stay, close to the beach and the local village. Great view from the apartment. Very friendly staff who always helped us. Food in the restaurant was great. Don’t care about opinions there was no Zanzibar flow.. they just didnt meet right people at the bar ;)
We enjoyed our stay at Zanoceanique located three minutes away from the beach. The apartment provided three individual rooms with comfortable beds and clean washrooms. Staff was courteous and friendly trying their best to meet our requirements. Good job, guys!!! We will be back.
Really chill and nice environment right by the sea. Pretty and comfortable bungalows. Not as luxurious as other options in Matemwe, but also much cheaper and still very nice. We had the upper floor apartment suite which has a gorgeous ocean view. Friendly staff and food was good.
They offer multiple services (transfers, tours, laundry, rentals etc.) and the staff was kind, helpful and flexible.
The style of the entire place is blending with the island: less concrete, more vegetation and natural materials, while providing good amenities.
On-site is a very good restaurant - Mzee Husa, and a bar.
Great large room with an amazing view over the ocean. Idyllic setting. Very friendly staff. Good food for breakfast and all other meals. Highly recommended for a short stay.
Everything was amazing during our stay. Lovely attentive staff always smiling and always courteous. Manager went above and beyond to look after us during our short stay at sunshine bay and we couldn’t of been happier!!
I would recommend Haber apartmans to anyone ! It's a great place, rooms are very spacious, clean and tidy. When it comes to breakfast there was always a lot of fruit and food was really delicious! Beach is close to the apartments, but if you don't want to walk to the beach there's a pool in the garden. Kasia and Kris are extremely helpful and lovely people and even making a cake for my husband's birthday!!! Haber apartmans feels like home and we will be back for sure!
It’s a great resort with enough activities to enjoy a short stay for about a week. It was very clean, the staff were also very pleasant and ensured my friends and I were comfortable.
