When getting a place to stay near the Ephesus Ruins, the options are old and unappealing. So finding this place - breath-taking location, great + fresh breakfast, nice staff, genius + fun pool area - was awesome.

We felt like we were visiting family. Meliksah and his family were incredibly kind! They went above and beyond for us. Food was delicious, and room was great. Bed was very comfortable and their heater warms up the room quickly. Area is also easy to walk around, it was great for my grandma who is 75 yrs old and has a hard time walking up and down stairs.
Close to Ephesus site, Saint John Basilica, and other ruins. It was also close to Sirince on bus, Meliksah was kind enough to tell us how to get there. Town is cute. There is a gas station about 10 minutes on foot for some quick snacks.
They are quick to respond on WhatsApp, and offer quick solutions. They also have a very cute guard dog named Luca!
Just a 5-minute walk from Kadinlar Beach and 0.7 miles from Green Beach, Gultepe Apartments features accommodations in Kuşadası, with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden, and a shared lounge.

The staff were all so friendly and they went beyond my expectations. The bar and restaurant has a fantastic menu with quality and well prepared food at very reasonable prices. There was always a sun lounger to sit on by the pool and Daniel who is in charge of the entertainment is such a genuinely nice, friendly and fun guy. He makes sure you feel welcomed and gets you involved in all the activities. It’s only a couple minute walk to the beach too which is very nice with lots of shops and restaurants.

Location and size of rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly. We booked the penthouse rooms only to discover they had slanted ceilings and no doors on the bathroom or toilet. Staff happily moved us and we were able to lay to upgrade. Breakfast nice.
The view is breathtaking, the breakfast was very good and one day we were able to get it 30 minutes earlier because we had to leave early, the host is very helpful and friendly, the pool area is very nice, brand new apartment / interior
Great stay! The room was in a perfect location that was VERY close (5 minute walk or less) to the bus station and the train station. Both were flat walks. The staff were very kind and accommodating. I would LOVE to stay here again.
Location is on the outskirts of town but easy flat walk to centre, bus and train stations. The owners and staff were very helpful, breakfast was great with a range of coffees available.
A very nice 2-bedroom apartment with a big kitchen-dining room and a big balcony with a view to the castle. One room is a twin with 2 beds, another with 1 bed, each has a separate bathroom. In the kitchen there is everything one might need to make coffee/tea and cook: cooktop, kitchenware, fridge, etc. The owner is pretty welcoming person.
The staff (Nina) hopefully I spelled that right, was outstanding and made our short stay excellent.
Room was spotless clean, bed super comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Nina was superb right from check in to check out, one of the best staff in hospitality we have ever met.
We had a fabulous stay. We were welcomed and shown were to park our rental car. The rooms were spacious and had a wonderful view from our private balcony. We booked the deluxe double room with balcony. The bed was large and comfortable, and it had a very good shower. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, which we enjoyed on the terrace. We tried out the pool, which was refreshing after a hot day. We received a great recommendation from them for a restaurant in Sirince, a little village not far away.
Top location, extremely fair and kind owner. Super luxury apartment, very clean and well maintained, with all possible extras for a holiday. I highly recommend. I will visit again!
