Location: Perfect for us. Just 5 minute walk down to the main area of Akyaka, but also located in a Residential neighborhood so it's quiet. You feel like you are staying within the local neighborhood. Very safe area (as the whole region is). Easy to find street parking right outside if you have a car. Walking distance to market & restaurants.
Staff: Very friendly people, it feels like you've come home to your relatives' house. Someone is always around to answer questions and to greet you, like a warm aunt.
Property: Beautiful property with 2 pools, tropical looking with many trees. Boutique hotel feel, cozy.

Beautiful clean large villa with a gorgeous view. Managers were helpful and arranged a good cleaning during our stay. The reason why they want to meet guests before arriving at villa ( we met manager at small shop down the road) is because Google maps gives wrong directions...it will take you through a dirt road that ends at someone's property).

Great apartment! Spotlessly clean and the amenities were excellent. So good, we extended our visit. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. Would definitely recommend and we hope to visit the beautiful Akyaka again.

Nice buildings with refreshing pool nestled between 2 houses. Comfortable, homey apartment with taste, functional kitchen, and nice bathroom. Yunus, the manager, was greatly helpful, very nice,friendly, and caring. Top price-quality ratio overall. In short: we had a beautiful stay.

The town is very cute. The room was like an apartment with a very large living room, extra bed and kitchenette. We did not use these as we only stayed one night. There were very nice wooden finishes on the ceilings and walls. The breakfast was amazing and the eggs were cooked to order. There were very friendly cats to keep us company. The shower was great, very large with good pressure. The ac worked well. The bed was a bit firm which I typically don't like but I slept like a rock so I guess it wasn't a problem.
Nice cosy apartments, equipped with everything you need. There is a parking. The apartments is in the centre, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, but the apartments are located on a quiet street.
We would like to emphasise the hospitality of the host. Constantly in touch with any questions. Regular cleaning with a change of linen. I recommend for accommodation in Akyaka.
Loved this little grouping of self catering apartments and rooms.We only stayed for one night but will definitely return.The pools were lovely and the layout made you feel you had your own little bit of privacy. The room was very well designed to maximise space. Staff kept a low presence which we liked but were very helpful and friendly when needed. The gardens were beautifully kept.
