We felt as at home, not in the hotel. You can expect very warm atmosphere here. The owner of this place is amazing- he supported us a lot during our trip to Turkey, not only during our stay in his hotel! He helped us with the transfer and also with an urgent reservation outside of his hotel, when we were not able to find an option at booking... He also kindly agreed to look after our luggage for the week we were on the yacht... What a service! We booked apartment with 1 bedroom for 4 people which had more than enough space for our family. There was also a small kitchen and 2 balconies. AC in each room. The breakfast was exceptional - actually, you can meet such type of breakfast in many good hotels in Turkey; what made the difference is food freshness and homemade cooking...it was so delicious... And- the breakfast is different every day! Dear Mr. C.Emir Alsancak, you do incredible work to make your guests happy! I wish prosperity to your business - you really deserve it. The rooms were large, light and cool. The bed was comfortable. The shower was powerful. The small kitchen was useful. The terrace looked great and was nice to sit in. There was a line to dry swimming costumes, beach towels and washing outside. The building was far enough out of town to feel quiet and private. Helen, the only employee we met, was cheerful and professional.

Akyaka was one of the highlights of our trip. Our Turkish friends recommended Akyaka for an all-day boat trip that includes swimming. The boat trip was great, one of the nicest things we have done in Turkey this time. Akyaka itself, although we initially stayed just for the boat trip, is also THE place we would go back to on a future trip. A really nice little village that feels like real holiday without all the masses of tourists. On top of that, the apartment was fantastic. Lots of space, two bedrooms, one living room, kitchen with fridge. Parking the car is no problem, either on their drive way or in the street. Very safe. Very friendly host. I will certainly book the same place next time and stay longer for sure.

Nice buildings with refreshing pool nestled between 2 houses. Comfortable, homey apartment with taste, functional kitchen, and nice bathroom. Yunus, the manager, was greatly helpful, very nice,friendly, and caring. Top price-quality ratio overall. In short: we had a beautiful stay.
Great apartment! Spotlessly clean and the amenities were excellent. So good, we extended our visit. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. Would definitely recommend and we hope to visit the beautiful Akyaka again.
The town is very cute. The room was like an apartment with a very large living room, extra bed and kitchenette. We did not use these as we only stayed one night. There were very nice wooden finishes on the ceilings and walls. The breakfast was amazing and the eggs were cooked to order. There were very friendly cats to keep us company. The shower was great, very large with good pressure. The ac worked well. The bed was a bit firm which I typically don't like but I slept like a rock so I guess it wasn't a problem.
Nice cosy apartments, equipped with everything you need. There is a parking. The apartments is in the centre, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, but the apartments are located on a quiet street.
We would like to emphasise the hospitality of the host. Constantly in touch with any questions. Regular cleaning with a change of linen. I recommend for accommodation in Akyaka.
Loved this little grouping of self catering apartments and rooms.We only stayed for one night but will definitely return.The pools were lovely and the layout made you feel you had your own little bit of privacy. The room was very well designed to maximise space. Staff kept a low presence which we liked but were very helpful and friendly when needed. The gardens were beautifully kept.
