They gave my room away to another guest, assuming I knew them. This is despite me having informed them of my arrival time (and kept them updated throughout) and that guest having a completely different name. They didn't even bother to call me to check before giving that guest my room! My friend and I spoke to the staff over the phone (because they didn't let us into the building at all), and they admitted their mistake but said they couldn't do anything. Promised to send their manager's contact but never did, until now. This all happened at 10.30 pm on a weekend where the other hotels around were already fully booked. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
