Apartment is perfect, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean! reall comfy bed with huge TV and modern kitchen though I didn't use it. Only negative is, it's interior and no views. But it's perfectly situated for the mall and for visiting all the sites of the area like Tanuf, Ruins, Jabreen Castle etc about 15 mins from souk and fort! Check out the parking outside the Souk at night for barbecue food vans that are mega cheap.

I had a great experience staying here, the room was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect to explore Nizwa and the directions and information on parking received before my arrival were very helpful. It is located next to Nizwa fort. Lot of restaurants and shops near by. Taxi stand is right next to the apartment. I did meet the owner and he is such a humble person. He made sure we had a great stay in his apartment.
