Great location kin no yu is just down stairs around the corner and gin no yu is 300m. Very spacious and traditional style, you get all the clothing and towels you need for the onsen. Staff was very polite and helpful. I wish I could come back again...

Best hotel experience during our honeymoon in Japan from the girl at the front desk (unfortunately I can’t remember her name but she was super nice) to the dinner. Our “room” was indeed a small apartment with a private thermal bath and a small garden.
I love this apartment. I needed somewhere to stay in kobe to relax for a week and eat good food. Its in a really peaceful area but still relatively to tourist attractions.

The tv is awesome, at least 60 inches.
The room is huge, very comfortable. It's like a mini apartment, although no bathtub but they provide Yukata and free onsen coupon for the famous kinyukan.
Location suited our needs perfectly. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and maintained. The host was good at communication and was responsive.
The rating buttons in 2 and 3 above did not work. We rate all those highly.
This hostel is really nice, it's close to a train station and within a walking distance from the city centre. There are also nice restaurants nearby the hostel. Also, the staff is friendly and services ( free breakfast, free coffee and drinks, rental towels etc.) provided at the hostel are good.
Nice 'cubicle' to sleep in - spacious, space to store luggage under the bed, private as can be separated by a curtain. The female dorm feels like a studio apartment - ample spaces to sit, make coffee/tea. Nice two big sinks with hygenic products. Another bathroom (with shower) outside the room. It felt super clean and somewhat hotel-like. Entry to onsen was included, they even provided me with a towel, tote bag and shampoo/conditioner! Great place, would happily stay again.
