The house was well stocked with everything you’d need. Downtown Kobe was a short 5 stop bus ride. I love that the apartment was in a quieter part of time because we were traveling with a toddler. Atoo was the best host we had during our month trip to Japan. We would definitely stay with him again.

The owner was a lovely older man who was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice apartment with fully stocked kitchen and washing machine. Supplied everything we could want Had a/c which we didn't need to use since we could open windows and had a fan. Comfortable beds. I loved being in a quiet non-touristy neighborhood. Only a 10 minute walk to subway and 5 to bakery, grocery, etc.

The location was near a grocery store, seven eleven and some good restaurants. At least they had one bathroom that didn’t have any mold and was clean.

Best hotel experience during our honeymoon in Japan from the girl at the front desk (unfortunately I can’t remember her name but she was super nice) to the dinner. Our “room” was indeed a small apartment with a private thermal bath and a small garden.
I love this apartment. I needed somewhere to stay in kobe to relax for a week and eat good food. Its in a really peaceful area but still relatively to tourist attractions.

The tv is awesome, at least 60 inches.
The room is huge, very comfortable. It's like a mini apartment, although no bathtub but they provide Yukata and free onsen coupon for the famous kinyukan.
Location suited our needs perfectly. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and maintained. The host was good at communication and was responsive.
The rating buttons in 2 and 3 above did not work. We rate all those highly.
Nice 'cubicle' to sleep in - spacious, space to store luggage under the bed, private as can be separated by a curtain. The female dorm feels like a studio apartment - ample spaces to sit, make coffee/tea. Nice two big sinks with hygenic products. Another bathroom (with shower) outside the room. It felt super clean and somewhat hotel-like. Entry to onsen was included, they even provided me with a towel, tote bag and shampoo/conditioner! Great place, would happily stay again.
