The location the hostess ( Rafaella ) very nice and make me feel welcome the apartment very clean for a solo traveler was wonderful but for a family can be great too. I love this place to walk in to town plece to eat for me was excellent.

Location of the apartment is excellent. There are so many beautiful places to visit in Umbria region, historic places and small villages in the Province of Perugia and Terni. The nature is beautiful also.
The apartment had everything we need.
The view from the apartment is beautiful, the backyard and the pool are daily well arranged, clean and tidy.
The flat was very tidy, nice and clean.
It is a little gem in a wonderful Borgo.
The view from the house is fantastic and is great to have breakfast in the Little terrace outside.
The owners were very nice with us and they gave us coffee and deserts for breakfast too.

Very nice place, comfortable apartment, nice garden and pool. The hosts are very friendly and available for any request.
Also the location is very good. A bar restaurant and supermarket are a couple of hundreds of meters away, and plenty of nice places to explore up to 40 minutes drive from there
Both the location and the apartment were very pleasant and fully satisfied our expectations. The host was also very helpful and was happy to arrange for a barbecue set when we asked for it.
