The host greeted us and was VERY accommodating. He answered all our questions about where to find supermarket and other food locations in the area which was out of the main city centre.

The facility is in a building in the old part of the city, nicely tucked away, a peaceful and quiet place. The housekeepers are fantastic, they thought of every detail and the needs of the guests. There was some confusion about the number of bedrooms in the apartment due to an innacuracy in the description (since corrected), but the hosts went out of their way to make sure we were comfortably installed. Very nice, comfortable and clean place, with welcoming and helpful hosts. The location is perfect for exploring small towns in Tuscany and Umbria. The apartment had all you need for a short stay, a fully equipped kitchen and a very nice farm-like atmosphere.

Location of the apartment is excellent. There are so many beautiful places to visit in Umbria region, historic places and small villages in the Province of Perugia and Terni. The nature is beautiful also.

Very nice place, comfortable apartment, nice garden and pool. The hosts are very friendly and available for any request.
Also the location is very good. A bar restaurant and supermarket are a couple of hundreds of meters away, and plenty of nice places to explore up to 40 minutes drive from there
Both the location and the apartment were very pleasant and fully satisfied our expectations. The host was also very helpful and was happy to arrange for a barbecue set when we asked for it.
