This flat was just amazing. Definitely the nicest flat we stayed in the Georgia. The courtyard is cute and typical Georgian with cats, but the flat itself is very modern, full of light, perfectly equipped and very clean. We really liked how nicely were the beds prepared and we enjoyed also the home made wine from the owners that you can buy. Overall the value you get for money is really great. When we go back to Tbilisi, we will definitely stay again in this place if possible.

Located just 10 minutes from the airport. Had a late night flight so it was really convenient. Spacey room with brand new furniture on a flat nice piece of land with trees and parking area. Lots of mini markets and restaurants in 6-7 minutes from the hotel. The owner was really helpuf and kind as well
Extremely friendly place. Very convenient near airport and great for a first or last night in Tbilisi. The owners helped us order take out, and the shared kitchen was well-equipped. Private gated parking was great for our rental car. A personal transfer to the airport in the middle of the night was perfect
The hotel is very close to Tbilissi Airport and therefore well suited for a short stay after early arrival or before early departure. The hotel has all the comfort you need for that. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel when arriving from outside of Tbilissi, it should be easier the other way around.
We had a short stay between our flights in this hotel. It is a clean quiet place to have a rest or stay longer. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and supportive . I would like to admit that Marcos Hotel provides a transfer from/to airport which is very convenient for its guests. I may recommend this hotel and next I have a layover in Georgia I will book a room here. Thank you
Amazing for those who have a flight to catch / long transfer in Tbilisi. The host was extremely nice and organised a very late transfer at night to pick me at the airport and bring to the apartment. Perfect and easy communication. Comfortable bed. The apartment has everything needed.
