Location is great, everything important is close. Luisa is an excellent host and made my stay really memorable. It was by far my best experience in Tbilisi so far. The apartment has nice bathroom, AC, washing machine and well equipped kitchen. There is also small balcony, but you also have access to a big terrace with great view of Tbilisi. I can only recommend this place.

Staff was really friendly, property was nice and clean. We were greeted nicely and even provided with homemade sweets. Place was in quiet street, little bit old building on the outside but pretty and new from inside. There was heating and also air conditioning, warm water was coming immediately.

Located just 10 minutes from the airport. Had a late night flight so it was really convenient. Spacey room with brand new furniture on a flat nice piece of land with trees and parking area. Lots of mini markets and restaurants in 6-7 minutes from the hotel. The owner was really helpuf and kind as well

Private gated parking was great for our rental car. A personal transfer to the airport in the middle of the night was perfect
The hotel is very close to Tbilissi Airport and therefore well suited for a short stay after early arrival or before early departure. The hotel has all the comfort you need for that. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel when arriving from outside of Tbilissi, it should be easier the other way around.
We had a short stay between our flights in this hotel. It is a clean quiet place to have a rest or stay longer. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and supportive . I would like to admit that Marcos Hotel provides a transfer from/to airport which is very convenient for its guests. I may recommend this hotel and next I have a layover in Georgia I will book a room here. Thank you
Amazing for those who have a flight to catch / long transfer in Tbilisi. The host was extremely nice and organised a very late transfer at night to pick me at the airport and bring to the apartment. Perfect and easy communication. Comfortable bed. The apartment has everything needed.
