There was a water shortage in Tbilisi for a day, and he brought me some bottles of drinking water and 2 barrels of utility water without being asked. I was surprised he didn't speak English, but it wasn't a problem at all since we could communicate easily via translator. The apartment was comfortable and very clean, the location was perfect. I was cheeky enough to complain about a broken wine opener and the owner has given us a new one with a wine as a gift and we are still very grateful. Nice city view from a balcony. There is also TV with prepaid Netflix!
