There was coffee maker in room but it was not necessary so as a lot of coffee you can find around.

The staff was very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and super nice and helpful. We stayed in two different rooms and both were very clean and comfortable with extra pillows, towels and blanket. We didn't get a chance to use the rental bikes but it's a nice offering.

The property is beautiful overall and the staff was wonderful! The pool area includes a shower and bathroom so you can hang out without having to go back to your room if you're on the 2nd or 3rd floor. The room is well designed and decorated with a comfortable bed and hammock on the patio but surprisingly my favorite amenity was the water machine in the hallway so you can constantly refill your water jug or water bottles. Would definitely stay here again!

Beds were comfortable - and the rooftop is the best :) The service was amazing, they helped us a lot with ordering food but also making a reservation for last minute snorkeling trip. Jeroen and his husband are really nice guys, they gave us pretty good tips about our journey and their dog Pop is really lovely. Facilities are amazing you find everything you need in the studio, entire equipped kitchen, amazing shower with really good amenities made from honey. Thank you for everything you turn our tour in Playa del Carmen even better!

The air-conditioned accommodation is 10 km from Beto Avila Stadium. The aparthotel features family rooms. The spa was beautiful and peaceful! I took a swim in the pool and Juan Carlos gave me a tour of the cenote that is on the property! The bed was sooooo comfortable and the rooms were quiet and nice. I would definitely come back and stay here.

Very good location, they have bikes for rental but if you want more there is a great scooter rental just 150m from UJO. New, secure, good looking and big apartment. I definayely do reccommend staying there.
