They were constantly available to meet our needs. The location of the accommodation is just off the main road so it was extremely quiet. Just the sound of the stream. Wonderful. The pool was cleaned daily. There is a convenience store just on the corner so we could easily stock up with provisions. Raul, the tourist guide (not part of the hotel) has a little kiosk at the side of the main road. He got us taxis into town. 35mxn. In short everyone we came across was amazingly friendly and helpful. Taxco is wonderful for a weekend break.
