Great Location, many bedrooms, however, only the ones away from the entrance stairs were quiet enough to sleep well (not an issue as we were just 2 persons). Nice walk to town center, steep uphill on the way back though, if you are not in shape :-). Very helpful host when the power went out! Small but well equipped grocery store close by (Drinking water, fruits, etc.)

The air-conditioned suites at Arena Suites have attractive décor with tiled floors. Each has a private entrance and some come with a terrace. All suites have a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We booked it for the location and view but will return for the staff. From our being received , to our bags being delivered to our room and the restaurant staff that first meal, we felt special. The location is perfect!

Super staff, very attentive. They were constantly available to meet our needs. The location of the accommodation is just off the main road so it was extremely quiet. Just the sound of the stream. Wonderful. The pool was cleaned daily. There is a convenience store just on the corner so we could easily stock up with provisions. Raul, the tourist guide (not part of the hotel) has a little kiosk at the side of the main road. He got us taxis into town. 35mxn. In short everyone we came across was amazingly friendly and helpful. Taxco is wonderful for a weekend break.

For example, as all the restaurants nearby were closed, they helped me order food for delivery. When the delivery did not arrive, they drove me to a local restaurant and waited to drive me back to the hotel.
