Set in Midigama, 500 metres from Midigama Beach and 1.4 km from Dammala Beach, Coastal Hideaway offers spacious air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Our experience was above all expectations. First of all, the host is the kindest and most helpful person, we are so grateful for all the help and advices for our thousands of questions. The place itself is lovely, beautiful and cosy design, absolutely clean. Rooftop chill zone is perfect for some peaceful yoga practice or just for chilling and watching animals in the trees around (which is really fun and exciting). Very comfortable to work - strong wifi, big desk right in front of the window. Washing machine always available, the kitchen had everything we needed. The place is 7minutes walk to the beach, yet on a very quiet street, a lot of surfing spots around, really nice restaurant Surfing Wombats 5 minutes walk, bus station, train station and of course tok-toks always available, so it’s very easy to get anywhere. Small nice fruit shop just around the corner. Spent 10 days here and would book this place for much longer time, real gem!

Rhome Home, a property with a garden and a terrace, is situated in Weligama, 300 metres from Weligama Beach, 28 km from Galle International Cricket Stadium, as well as 28 km from Galle Fort. I don't have enough good words for this hotel and the helper, Mr. Danesh. We stayed here 1 month and we loved every second of it. The hotel was extremely clean and for us the location was very good, you could walk to the beach easily. Also, they offered covered parking which we appreciated. Mr. Danesh is one of the most genuine people you'll ever meet. He always cleaned after us, he brought us fruits all the time and he helped us whenever we need it. We got so used to living here, my wife almost cried when our month was done and we have to leave, haha. We will 100% be back.
