Our apartment at Serene Villa really had the wow factor, we were lucky enough to be in room 6 which is relatively new and on the top floor and away from everyone else, with an incredible view! Comfy bed, great shower, lots of privacy, high quality furnishings, kitchen space, great air con etc - we were so happy here and I wish we had stayed longer than 5 nights! The team are wonderful, happy, welcoming and brilliant hosts. Breakfast was fantastic. The gym on site is better equipped than most. The yoga was great as was the coffee - we were very happy to pay for these extras - they’re definitely worth it. I also had a massage which was wonderful and used the laundry service which wS impressively quick! It’s a short walk to the beach/bars etc - so a great location. Word of warning - there are loads of monkeys so hide your food. They look into the windows to see what you gave! They broke into our apartment and stole our sweets/fruit - but our own fault for having them on display!

Coastal Hideaway er gististaður með garði í Midigama, 500 metra frá Midigama-ströndinni, 1,4 km frá Dammala-ströndinni og 1,7 km frá Ahangama-ströndinni. Everything was perfect, it was 100% remote work friendly. I know many struggle with internet in Midigama, but this apartment helped me have zoom calls, it was super stable. I loved the outside shower, perfect to wash after jumping in the ocean and to clean your surfboard. Highly recommend for all facilities, location and also host is super helpful!

Rhome Home er staðsett í aðeins 300 metra fjarlægð frá Weligama-ströndinni og býður upp á gistirými í Weligama með aðgangi að garði, verönd og herbergisþjónustu. I don't have enough good words for this hotel and the helper, Mr. Danesh. We stayed here 1 month and we loved every second of it. The hotel was extremely clean and for us the location was very good, you could walk to the beach easily. Also, they offered covered parking which we appreciated. Mr. Danesh is one of the most genuine people you'll ever meet. He always cleaned after us, he brought us fruits all the time and he helped us whenever we need it. We got so used to living here, my wife almost cried when our month was done and we have to leave, haha. We will 100% be back.

Gististaðurinn drongo place er staðsettur í Dickwella, í 1,2 km fjarlægð frá Hiriketiya-ströndinni og í 1,5 km fjarlægð frá Dickwella-ströndinni, og býður upp á garð- og garðútsýni. We had an amazing stay at Drongo! They are a lovely family always ready to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast is very very good, always on time. They also make very good food on request and for a very reasonable price. Much better and cheaper than downtown. They have scooters to rent also for very fair price and flexible: Possibility to rent for full day or half day for half price, which is very convenient! The place is a lovely cottage on the residencial área, in the jungle, about 10/12min from the main road and beach. Very quite, peaceful and lovely place, convenient. The walk from downtown home is Nice, you can see animals and birds on your way home. Very comfortable and big bed. Extra pillow ok request. Fan and wide mosquito net. The Hiriketiya beach is our favorite beach in the area. Thank you so much! You made us feel at home! 100% recommended!
