The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, especially when it was our first time in Japan. We stayed at the hotel for 16 days it was home for us and the staff were like family to us. Will definitely be staying at the hotel in the future. Not to be biased but Ken was our favorite staff member, he booked us cabs, wrote out a map of what trains to catch and where we needed to go. We miss Ken and his friendly smile already. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel 100% .

The room exceeded my expectations in size and convenience. There's even a small workspace where I had a quick meeting while my kid played. Plus, you can do laundry and cook here, which is awesome for a long trip. It's just one stop from Asakusa, a 5-10 minute walk or a quick subway ride, with the station conveniently located just a minute's walk from the hotel entrance. Surrounded by convenience stores and excellent restaurants, the location couldn't be better.
