Facilities were clean, comfortable, large enough for the 3 of us.. The kitchenette and washing machine were perfect for a multi-day stay. Excellent location.

Section L Tsukiji provides accommodation within less than 1 km of the centre of Tokyo, with free WiFi, and a kitchenette with a fridge, a stovetop and kitchenware. Apart from excellent customer service, our room has decent size for a traveler of 3 and the hotel has provided us with supplies of toiletries, cleaning tools, laundry soap, room and linen spray and dish washing - no need to spend time in getting all these yourself. I also like that it has a separate toilet, a separate bath area and sink/washing area. Each of us can do things separately so getting ready was faster. One can be busy in the toilet, while one is taking a bath and the other one is brushing teeth/doing makeup.

Ideally located in the Chuo Ward district of Tokyo, Section L Hatchobori is set 300 metres from Sakuragawa Monument, 500 metres from Shintomi Inari Shrine and 600 metres from Edo Bay Opening Port... It felt like we were living among locals. There are many local restaurants around the area that aren't pretentious and easy to get to. Also, Ginza shopping strip is about 30 min walk, we loved the area and the staff was super friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.
