The staff were very knowledgable and so friendly. The room was clean and the roof was a nice bonus with a great view of Tokyo skytree. There are washing machines in the room and dryers are on the first floor (and takes 100 yen coins).

As a big family, we love having a whole apartment to ourselves. We’ve stayed at the Ueno location previously, and eagerly booked this location this time around. We were not disappointed! Strongly recommend this hotel for larger groups. The location is convenient to public transport — we arrived here from Haneda Airport with tons of luggage. There’s a Lawson next door, and a grocery store across from the hotel. The kitchen is well stocked for making quick meals by US standards), with a microwave, a toaster oven, and cooking range. The sleeping arrangements are very comfortable, especially for taller people. The bathroom is very clean and utilitarian, with a tub and shower.

Rooms were comfortable. Had to figure out the hot water, nobody explained that I had to turn on the heater. And it’s all in Japanese so I couldn’t understand but no so difficult to figure out. No breakfast offered, only coffee and happy hour on Friday. But I value the room and location the most. Washing machine a plus, I used it twice in 4 days!

Great location and very clean. The hotel provides some essentials, such as a toothbrush in case you forget yours, coffee, and Tokyo guidebooks. It was very quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The room is on the smaller side, but that’s to be expected in Japan.

Hotel room is exactly beautiful as their image. Nice and clean hotel. Kitchen is for easy cook. Room cleaning upon request every 4th day of our stay is very good. We stay only 6 nights from 15 days trip.

Spacious and flooded with amenities. You don't need to buy or bring anything, right down to dental floss. The washer/dryer combo worked very well and having two patios, dining room table for five and multiple levels was ideal even for our party of two.
The short walk to Nishi-Shinjuku station became routine and made it very easy to access the entire city while sleeping on a quiet residential. Hosts couldn't have been better over our week stay.

The apartment hotel is located very close to Shinjuku Station, in a calm and quiet little alley. All the services and amenities of Shinjuku are so close and reachable in a few minutes of walking. The staff is very friendly and the vibes inside the hotel are very nice! The room is tiny but cozy, perfect for one or two people. Everyday towels change is luxurious : )

The staff gave outstanding helpful service! Good location for what we wanted but the best part of it was the airport bus shuttle (separate company from hotel services) stop was in front of the hotel. I suggest Twin Beds Room as it is bigger and more comfortable. Paid buffet breakfast was expensive but well worth it.
The location was excellent! Ueno is a wonderful spot and the train station has connections to almost everywhere you might want to be. The room was perfect for my family of 5, and really appreciated the service apartment style facilities like the washer and cooking stove.
Location and the twin beds are side by side which make it more comfortable for my child so that won’t fall to the ground. Hotel service is good as I left an item in the room and the staff managed to help me retrieve!
