The hotel is very near to train station. Family Mart is also near just a few minutes away from the hotel. Very clean and convenient. Staffs are very polite and speak English 👏 👍 Free bottles of water and crackers in the room. And free green tea, water, toothbrush, comb, cotton bud n shaver can be collected at reception counter.

The hotel is modern and nicely decorated. Very clean and with all the facilities you might need (washing machine + dryer was great to have, while travelling). Room bigger than average in Japan. The staff is super friendly and they even organise extra activities for their guests (unfortunately we woke up late and didn't manage to join the special free coffee at a local cafe). The hotel is very close to the metro station in Tokyo Ueno and Ueno park (highly recommended - really beautiful, with lots of temples and it wasn't busy at all when we went). There's also a cute Izakaya with very nice food two steps from the hotel. Overall, we really liked to be in Ueno rather than other (busier) places in Tokyo.
