Shuttle bus on demand was awesome, taking us to 2 different ski fields, or to the local supermarket, bus station, bag shipping place etc. All the staff were super nice. Breakfast was different each morning and was pretty good albeit a bit small on some days. The sliding doors within the suite meant it was almost like a 2 bed apartment when closed. Kitchen was good for cooking. USB chargers in the rooms. Communal area was cool, with its relaxing chairs and pool table. Super fast wifi.

Hakuba Grand Apartments is located in Hakuba and offers spacious self-catering accommodation. The property is a 3-minute walk to Happo-One Ski Resort, while Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal is 1.2 km away. Great location, friendly and very helpful staff! Dave and Takami were welcoming and available for any questions, ideas and assistance. We loved our time in Hakuba and looking forward to another visit! Thank you for making our stay 5 stars!

Situated in Hakuba in the Nagano region, just 400 metres from Sakka Kitaone Quad Ski chairlifts, with Happo-One Ski Resort and Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal nearby, Apartments Hakuba features... Rooms were great, and all facilities were perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and bars, and the staff (Brad) were unreal. Brad not only gave us great recommendations, he also picked us up on the side of the road after checking out to take us to the bus station. Super nice guy and went out of his way to help us.
