We love the facilities, especially the table soccer which my 2 kids enjoy a lot.. breakfast was very tasty, very clean good size family room. There are oven and microwave which was very good when you need to pack food from the Family mart. Amazing staff.. Best in all of my japan trip. I stay in 5-6 hotel/resort.. this is my kids favourite. Very comfortable..The shared washing and dryer machines are very helpful as well. Once again, amazing staff. 10/10 because of the staff there.

Perfect location - easy walk to gondola or town, next door to community spa center. Staff picked up/dropped off us and bags from bus stop. Modern 2bdrm w/ kitchenette was perfect for 4 adults and 1 child. Definitely will pick this place again whenever we return.

The staff at this location make you feel so welcomed and are happy to help you with anything! They go out of their way to give you lifts to places and help you book restaurants or plan your day. They know the area really well, speak perfect english and Japanese, and are lovely to talk to. Their location is fantastic, so close to the bus stop for getting around Hakuba ski resorts, right next to rhythm sports for ski hire, and sooo close to a beautiful onsen that I used every day! The rooms are large, the kitchen space is perfect, the beds are comfortable and the shower and bath is exceptional. I couldn't fault the room, it had everything we needed and they give you so much to help you get started like butter, tea, eggs and milk. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would definitely return.

El Starry Residence Suite es un apartamento con acceso directo a las pistas de esquí situado a pie de pista, entre la estación telecabina y el remonte Happo Shirakaba, a solo unos pasos de la estación... Best location on the mountain if you’re a skier or boarder! Truely ski in & ski out. Great kitchen, hot shower and plenty of space to store things. Naoko went out of her way to make sure sheets and towels were changed and we could check in (very late) which was amazing! So many great food spots around - would stay here again in a heart beat!
